(“WICC”, “we”, “us” and terms of similar meaning) provides this webpage (in these terms we call this webpage and any services provided by WICC for use with the webpage, the “Webpage”) to you subject to these terms and conditions of use (these “Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Webpage. By accessing or using the Webpage or by merely browsing the Webpage you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference in these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Webpage. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Webpage.
Terms and Conditions – Donations
These are the Terms and Conditions which govern when you make use of the donation payment services provided through the Webpage.
This webpage is meant only for voluntary donations and this webpage accepts donations only from resident Indian accounts.
These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make in this Webpage. By confirming on the Webpage that you wish to make a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
Once you confirm to us through the Webpage that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider razorpay.com. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize Razorpay to request funds from your credit/debit card/net banking / wallets/ UPI as applicable.
Information from you
Before we can process a donation, you must provide us with the information listed below, all of which is to be held securely by Razorpay.

- Full Name
- Phone
- Full Address
- PAN
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with the correct information and World Impact Community Church will only use this information to:
- process donations and provide receipts
- maintain accurate records of donor details
- maintain accurate records of accounts for auditing purposes
- Provide occasional updates as relevant
World Impact Community Church reserves the right to modify or replace any of these terms and conditions at any time, and any change shall be effective once posted on the Webpage and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Webpage.
Under no circumstance shall World Impact Community Church be liable for any claims, costs or damages, arising as a result of your use of the online donation system or your inability to do so, your reliance on any content and/or services associated with the Webpage, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We won’t share your personal details with any other third party and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, Razor pay, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of Razorpay terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.
Disputes relating to the use of the Webpage online donation system and the interpretation Disputes relating to the use of the Webpage online donation system and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of India.
Unauthorized card use, if you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card, provider/ Bank.
